I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and I have to say that it was a great experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of Hamra with easy access to shops, restaurants, and cafes. The room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even a dining table and patio. The staff in the shift was also very attentive and provided great service during my stay. The swimming pool was a nice extra touch, and the paid on-site car park was very convenient.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The location is excellent, being in the heart of Hamra area, surrounded by various shops and restaurants. You can easily find everything you need just around the corner. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for families. The hotel also offers a laundry service, ensuring that guests have their clothes cleaned and ready to wear.
The staff could use some improvement in their professionalism and hospitality skills.

The location was ideal, just steps away from Hamra Street and close to the Corniche. The room we stayed in was refreshed and had comfortable beds, a clean bathroom, and a TV. Despite some outdated equipment, the hotel still had a nice atmosphere. The included breakfast was good, and the staff were generally friendly and professional.

Dirty rooms with stained carpets, chipped furniture, and moldy areas. Inattentive and unwelcoming front office staff, lacking customer service skills.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel as it was near everything we were interested in. It had easy access to transportation and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and we were impressed with the variety and taste of the breakfast.
